Why ask every customer? Why not just the happy ones?
Filtering out unhappy customers before they review ("review gating") breaks Google's policies, and the ACCC treats it as misleading under the Australian Consumer Law. Asking everyone the same way is allowed, it's fairer, and real reviews are what customers trust. When a not-so-great one comes in, we help you reply well.
Will the replies really sound like me?
That's the point. We learn from your answers and past replies. Anything 3★ or below comes to you by text first, so nothing touchy goes out without your OK.
What's a "suggested edit"?
